If the two fans have the same blades, the same motors, and operate at the same speed, the amount of air moved by them will be exactly the same.
The difference will be where you can place them.
A table fan must, out of necessity, sit on a table or on the floor. When on the floor, it will, obviously, move the air that is close to the floor but less where we feel it (unless we’re sitting down).
The stand fan would be near the ceiling if you put in on top of a table (which would be a little odd), but would move the air where most of us would feel it if it was sitting on the floor.
The stand, or lack of it, has nothing to do with how much air the fan can move, and everything to do with moving that air in the particular place that you want it to move.
